Tube Tips, Plugs and Spacers

Caford's round and square furniture tube tips fit externally over the steel tube end of chair and table legs and are available in a large range of sizes to fit your metal tube diameter. -
End plugs protect steel tube equipment and furniture frames from dirt and moisture. They act as buffers or stoppers when fitted internally to furniture legs, protecting floors and surfaces. -
Threaded end plugs are designed to attach internally to steel tube furniture and equipment. They feature a centrally located hole with a threaded insert to fit a castor wheel or glide foot. -
These steel furniture end plugs feature a threaded center hole for attaching 5/16 BSW or 3/8 BSW threaded inserts, which are ideally used with our adjustable glide foot to help stabilize tables and tube frame furniture on uneven floors. For use with castor wheels, these plugs must be welded into the tube leg frame. -
Pintle plugs are square or rectangular shaped plastic plugs designed to specifically fit a tube size and can accommodate either a castor pintle or a threaded castor pintle. -
By preventing contact between the metal tubes, tube spacers prevent damage to the paintwork, while still allowing the chairs and tables to be stacked safely and neatly.
