- 25mm of the castor's pintle stem is threaded so that the castor screws into the expanding socket nut.

- Load capacity: 45kg per castor
- Work out the weight of your furniture, including any contents, to determine your required load capacity. Then, divide the total weight of your furniture and contents by the individual weight capacity of the castors you plan to use. A 150-kilogram unit requires a minimum of four 45-kilogram maximum capacity castor wheels.
- Important note: the 3/8 UNF is a fine-pitch thread with more threads per inch; it will not work with the 3/8 BSW.
